Private Residence Bandung

Bandung, Indonesia

The project calls for the partial demolition and remodeling of an existing pair of homes plus addition of two further buildings on adjacent sites in the centre of Bandung, one of Indonesia’s largest cities.

The final project will in effect, become a family compound for one of Indonesia’s more successful manufacturing families. The development comprises, 3 semi independent homes for the various members of the family and their dependents, with shared facilities of pool, entertainment room and cinema, spa and gym plus kitchen and dining areas capable to catering to the whole, extended family.

In addition to the individual residential and shared accommodations, a gallery for the owners collection of supercars is envisaged which can be made part of the house or all but invisible to the occupants by the use of lighting and drapery which is electronically operated.
